Welcome Meghan!
Meghan Sohns has been hired as MOM's new Program Director. Meghan will work closely with the Housing Stability and Food Security teams to integrate and innovate MOM's programs to better serve our community. Prior to joining MOM, Meghan worked at ATTIC Correctional Services overseeing a statewide contract responsible for supervising clients civilly committed under the Chapter 980 law. Meghan was responsible for client reintegration and community safety, working closely with case management staff and community stakeholders. Previously, Meghan worked at DAIS, Domestic Abuse Intervention Services and was responsible for community programming. Meghan is excited to be back working in the Dane County area.
Meghan has a Bachelor's Degree in Community Health from Winona State University and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary's University. When Meghan is not serving her community or focusing on her studies, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Meghan's family enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, camping, spending time at the lake (or ocean!), family game nights, watching movies, and spending time with their friends and extended family.
