Tuna Sorters to the Rescue

Tuna Sorters to the Rescue
July 7, 2016 ChurchesVolunteersYouth and Families
Youth from St. Andrews toured MOM to find out more about how they can be of service to their community.   This group painstakingly went through a whole skid of tuna that was in need of sorting because there was a food safety recall.
In addition, they sorted 5 banana boxes full of travel sized personal care items into bags so that families might have a toothbrush/toothpaste per person.  Because of our generous donors, we have seen an increase in providing personal care items to our clients on a regular basis.
