Preventing Homelessness, Ending Hunger

For more than 30 years, MOM has led a community-wide effort to prevent homelessness and end hunger in West Madison, Middleton and Cross Plains - a service area that totals more than 60,000 people.  With the help of business partners, area schools, affiliated churches, service clubs and hundreds of volunteers, MOM helps those who need us most by providing basic needs:

Food

Ending Hunger through a variety of progressive programs.

Clothing

Freeing up resources to help customers maintain stable housing.

Housing Assistance

Providing Case Management and aid with the goal of preventing homelessness.

 

Emergency Funds

Providing additional assistance in emergencies.

Help for Seniors

Helping Seniors remain independent and in their homes.

Seasonal Support

Relieving stress and allowing families to use their resources for basic needs.

  There was a 54% increase in the number of households visiting MOM's Food Programs in 2011.
