Create Your Own Volunteer Opportunity Preventing Homelessness, Ending Hunger

Do you want to get involved but none of our opportunities fit into your schedule?  
There are ways you can make a difference on your own schedule!  This is a perfect opportunity for volunteers who want to involve their family and community.

Ideas include:

• Running a food or clothing drive in your neighborhood, at your business, or faith community.
• Putting together kits of needed items (See Donate Goods)
• Plant a garden and designate a row for the Food Pantry.
• Organize a spare change contest, "noisy can collection", or other fundraiser amongst family and friends.
• Organize a neighborhood talent show, or a "kick-it-up-for-MOM" soccer-athon or dance-athon, and donate the admission to MOM.
• Host a lemonade stand.
