Please bring proof of your address (a current utility bill or copy of your lease), proof of income (paycheck stubs, Unemployment Compensation, Social Security Statement, child support statement, etc), and identification for yourself and everyone who lives in your household (photo IDs for adults and birth certificates or social security cards for children).
Please speak with a MOM caseworker for ideas on how to get it.

Only if you are a Senior Citizen enrolled in MOM's Seniors Program.
No, these are not available.
No, this type of assistance is not available. We will work with you, however, to assist with other bills and give help with food so that you are able to pay your bill.
Yes, as long as the Food Pantry is still open that day. Once you see a MOM caseworker and they say you are eligible, you can use the Pantry often as you need. MOM's Hubbard Ave. office does have a limited number of emergency food bags available when the Food Pantry is closed.
We do our best to schedule appointments as quickly as possible. In most cases you are able to get in to see someone within a few days.
