Eligibility for Food Pantry, Clothing Closet, and Housing Assistance Programs
In order to be eligible for any services (excluding the Seniors Program), you must live within MOM's Service Area and your income must fall within certain income limits. Call us at 608-836-7338 with questions.
Eligibility for Seniors Program
In order to be eligible for the Seniors Program, you must live within MOM's Service Area and be 60 or older. There are no income limits. Please contact the Seniors Program Manager at 608-826-3410 for more information.
