Eligibility for Food Pantry, Clothing Closet, and Housing Assistance Programs
In order to be eligible for any services (besides the Seniors Program), you must live within MOM's Service Area and your income must fall within certain income limits. Call us at 608-836-7338 with questions.
Eligibility for Seniors Program
In order to be eligible for the Seniors Program, you must live within MOM's Service Area and be 60 or older. You do not need to meet any income limits. Please contact the Seniors Program Manager at 608-826-3410 for more information.
Service Area
MOM serves all of the Middleton Cross Plains School District,
and the west side of Madison: west of Midvale and north of
(or within the circle of ) the beltline highway.

In a Time of Crisis
A guest came to the Pantry very sheepishly asking if she could take a few extra food staples. There was a fire in her apartment building and electricity was cut off for two days and she had been staying at a motel. She was so nervous and shaken, but grateful to be able to get some extra food items during this time of crisis.
